IK Digital in this context is a shopfloor digital work instruction system for final inspection quality stations. The improvement is operational and very specific: paper work instruction sheets, handwritten defect notes, and manual reference lookup at the station are replaced by one centralized digital instruction flow that appears after the operator scans the part tag from the pallet or box in queue.
Workflow Illustration
The shopfloor usage flow starts when pallets or boxes of parts arrive in queue at the final inspection station. The operator scans the part tag, the system loads the correct digital instruction, a 100 percent inspection video appears on screen, historical defect references are shown, and the operator completes the inspection before recording OK or NG for the next process decision.
Business Problem
Final inspection execution becomes inconsistent when operators still depend on printed work instructions, scattered defect examples, and manual reference checking at the station while parts keep arriving in queue from shopfloor production.
My Contribution
Structured the digital work instruction flow for final inspection so operators can scan part tags from boxes or pallets, load the correct instruction instantly, review 100 percent inspection video, and reference recurring defect history directly on the station screen.
